Educational Dinners
Does white wine go with chicken or beef? And what wine complements a spicy dish? These questions and more are answered when you attend an ODV Educational Dinner. Enjoy a delicious five-course meal at some of Kansas City’s finest restaurants, and learn a little something about matching wine and food.
These fun and educational evenings feature guest speakers including wine makers, executive chefs and industry experts. Guests are walked through the key steps in making, serving and drinking wine; the tasting process; and how to pair the right wines with your favorite dishes.
